“how to make friends as an adult who is not in college and also works at home and also is not extroverted” I saw this somewhere and wondering, what are your suggestions?

FYI, I do have good friends. They’re moving away and I plan on doing so soon too, but would like to make new friends. Has it been difficult for some of you? I normally meet ppl through mutual friends, but I rather long term friendships
