How do you feel about the idea that sharing information about salaries puts more power in the hands of employees, because right now HR holds all the cards?

HR doesn’t tell you that your colleagues, who do the exact work you do, get paid a lot more than you.

If everybody shared info about their salaries, then HR might be forced to be more fair??
