How do u deal with extreme social anxiety when talking to others for help is impossible to do?

Keeping down a journal where I write down thoughts like this has been really helpful for me. I can practice organizing and commanding my thoughts and feelings so that when I do interact with someone else, my brain is more organized… if that makes sense.
