How did you become anti-racist?

Short answer: I learned a lot.

I was never overtly racist, but i would engage in racist jokes etc. and perpetuated harmful stereotypes.

I learned about institutional racism when I was in college and it blew my mind.

I read a lot, listened, and learned. Then I was like “whoa! This shit is important and real!”

I continue to stay informed.
