I think that depends on how it’s made.
If made with a thin crust, low sugar sauce, unprocessed meats, lots of veggies, and reasonable cheese amounts, it encompasses several food groups, and is probably ok.
Now a regular crust, regular sauce, processed meats, minimal veggies, unreasonable amounts of cheese, and is cooked in butter oil like a “pan” pizza, probably not so much.
