Hello Redditers. What do you think is ultimately more important when finding a good job? Who you know or what you know?

From what ive experienced recently (at least in my area):

Its better to have connections. So who you know can help you land the job. Handing out resumes on their own these days or on websites like indeed can leave you waiting a long time for jobs that many others have applied to.
