Yeah, one place did ban my account and address. It was due to a cousin and his wife at the time living with us who claimed to not have ordered anything via the phone. I called and asked why I couldn’t order, and that was why. I was told to pay back the amount before they’d unban me. I was lucky and got out of the payment. The owner unbanned me, and told just to tip the drivers good.
Also does not have to be you, could be a family member, a friend, etc..
