Ginger Honey Tea!

This is my deceased Tibetan great-grandmother’s recipe, do NOT copy it, thanks very much.

Ingredients :

1. Raw minced ginger.

2. 1/4 table spoon honey.

3. Boiled water.

Recipe :

1. Mince and wash the raw ginger.

2. Boil the water to 100C.

3. Put the boiled water, minced ginger and honey into a glass.

4. Mix and enjoy!

Medical uses :

1. Good for the flu

2. Natural remedy for menstrual pains.

3. Great for sore throats and coughing.
