Garbage men and women of reddit: what is the most disgusting thing you saw in the trash?

I’ve got a few. Colostomy bags sometimes get slipped in there, and they’re gnarly when they pop. I’ve seen deer guts, road kill, and some farmer even once threw a whole dead rotting goat in the can and wheeled it out to the road for pickup. I’ve also seen plenty of sex toys, drugs and paraphernalia, any nasty personal hygiene products you could imagine.
