Gamers who mod their games what’s one mod that’s so good it makes the game worse without it?

Ineed with Skyrim is a must. It fits the game well, and playing without it was horrible after you used it. There is always one mod like this with every game I mod, but this was my first thought. Ineed added the need to eat, drink, and sleep to skyrim.
