François Ossama is the Second Technical Advisor to the Minister of Housing and Urban Development of Cameroon. He has been working for 20 years in ICT for development. He is the author of several papers and books on ICT issues in Africa. He has a long experience in sustainable development issues. Ossama leads the Working Group on Smart Cities in Cameroon. He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Higher Technical Teacher Training College of Douala, at the University of Douala.
