Make meal plans and actually put enough thought into/do enough research on what a healthy diet should actually look like.

When it comes to exercise, strength exercises are generally better than aerobic exercises for weight loss, but all exercise is good exercise and doesn’t need to be for the sake of a few less numbers on the bathroom scale. It’s just a good thing to do a little more of in your life.
