Requirements
A high school diploma or its equivalent. A Diploma in business administration, marketing, or a related field will be a plus.
Minimum of 2 years experience in sales, in the FMCG industry is a MUST.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets within a designated territory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency in using sales CRM software and MS Office suite..
FMCG product knowledge is a MUST.
