We are currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Executive Secretary. As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our executives, ensuring smooth operations within our organization.

Responsibilities

Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, and presentations.

Maintain and update executive files and records.

Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence accordingly.

Arrange travel and accommodations for executives.

Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation of reports, budget documents, and financial statements.

Requirements

Proven experience as an executive secretary or similar administrative role.

Proficient in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
