To analyse and review existing products, systems and processes in order to identify potential opportunities for improvement and/or new products to be operationalised. This includes the process from idea inception, analysing and documenting business requirements, participating in the product design process, testing, process mapping, training and assisting in solution delivery on implementation.
Play a crucial role in shaping the visual and interactive aspects of the digital products while, ensuring an exceptional user experience that aligns with group brand identity, business goals and meets client’s needs.
