NFT Sales Executive Jobs in Rwanda

The Role:

The position will be responsible for driving new business development opportunities and build relationships with key contacts, work with internal teams to meet prospect/client needs and ultimately navigate through the prospect’s/client’s buying processes to reach successful closure. The jobholder plays a key role in developing and executing business commercial sales strategy and expanding the business growth opportunities into the assigned segment.

Key Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Execute the strategic account plans, developing and delivering the differentiating message and quantifiable economic value for products, selling the primary differentiation of ABL product offering, overcoming and managing objections, and negotiating to obtain sales.
  • Efficiently conduct and organize necessary territory planning and routing to strengthen relationship with existing accounts and identify and bring on board new accounts.
  • Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives in targeted accounts; assess and analyze customer needs, generate leads and develop new business/grow existing business, respond to customer inquiries and suggest products and services as appropriate, while maintaining customer relationships and troubleshooting customer problems.
  • Anticipate and mitigate prospect/client challenges through proactive engagement methodologies.
  • Generate demand and maximize product awareness by working with the product management, applications and marketing teams to provide adequate education and information to customers.
  • Work cross functionally as needed/required, to prepare proposals for assigned accounts. Presents all contract proposals to customers to maximize overall business and profitability, which may require some negotiation.
  • Request and coordinate resources including field support and applications services in line with the account plans to sustain and satisfy existing contractual terms/SLAs.
  • Manage up to date activity, planning, and forecasting of all qualified opportunities throughout the sales process to closure status.
  • Work closely with the sales operations team to ensure all requests for quotations are completed within stipulated timelines to ensure on-time delivery and order closure status. Promptly deal with all arising customer complaints and follow up to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to create higher market perception and successful strategies to inform business development. Proactively communicate competitive market information internally.
  • Prepare weekly sales plans and submit comprehensive reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis per the requirements of Management.

    Key Results Areas

    • Demand Generation, Pipeline and Opportunity Management

    • Annual Revenue – Achieve/exceed sales quota targets.

    • High level of client retention and product awareness

    • Timely resolution of customer queries

    • Up to date client accounts reports – financial and non-financial

    Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree/Higher Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

    • 5+ years’ experience in sales with a successful track record selling solutions within the Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biopharma industry.

    • Established relationships in pharma/biotech desirable

    Key Competencies:

    • Good market research skills and conversant with the market trends within the Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Biopharma industry.

    • Business and customer acumen with high work ethic, tenacity, and flexibility.

    • Strong planning and organizational skills with excellent sales and relationship building abilities.

    • Have a high sense of accuracy, attention for detail and with good analytical ability.

    • Have good numeracy, problem analysis and reporting skills; and

    • A go-getter with compelling drive and energy to overachieve targets.

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with an ability to network at all levels within an organization.

    • Proven team player with an ability to thrive working independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

    • Demonstrate a high degree of sensitivity, confidentiality when dealing with internal and external customers.

    • Highest level of personal and professional integrity.
