Role Profile:
To provide company secretarial and legal advisory services to facilitate effective governance practices, operations of Board affairs and cost-effective legal advice to manage legal risks while enhancing business operations and growth.
Grade/Rank:
Education and Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in law and diploma in legal practice (LDC)
• Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) or other Company Secretarial qualification (added advantage)
Required Experience and Competences
• 4 Years’ post enrolment experience
• Experience in Company Secretarial/Board Advisory support
• Excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, Communication and presentation skills
• High level of flexibility, integrity and confidentiality
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage several projects at any one time with minimum supervision and to use initiative to provide solutions
• Stakeholder Management Skills
