M-KOPA Telesales Team Leader – Outbound Jobs in Ghana
Job Purpose
As the telesales team leader, you will lead and inspire the telesales outbound team to achieve customer retention targets while supporting campaigns for maximum conversion rates and revenue. Ensure high-quality standards, provide coaching and training for development, and communicate effectively within the team. You will also conduct regular briefings aligned with performance review agendas.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the Telesales outbound team, inspiring, equipping, and supporting them to achieve the company’s customer retention outbound campaign targets.
Support telesales campaigns to maximize conversion rates, revenue, and margin.
Ensure the team maintains high quality standards, providing complete and accurate information, following correct processes, and adhering to consumer protection principles in every sale.
Develop the Telesales Representatives through coaching and training and identifying skills gaps.
Communicate information in a timely, accurate, and understood manner to all team members.
Conduct team briefs as scheduled by the work force management and in line with the weekly performance review agenda set by the manager(s).

Call centre/BPO experience.
Sales skills and excellent communication skills.
