Nyeri County Public Health Assistant Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities
Mobilizing, sensitizing, and advising communities on matters related to environmental health; referring health cases to relevant health facilities;
Identifying environmental health issues at the household level;
Organizing community health days to advise communities on common public health issues; collecting and maintaining up-to-date records of services rendered; and
Assessing health records of the community.
Performing any other duty that may be assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements for Appointment
Must be a Kenyan Citizen (Attach ID)
KCSE Certificate.
Certificate in either Environmental Health Science or Public Health Technology from a
recognized institution;
Minimum of two years post-registration experience.
Valid practicing license from Public Health Officers and Technicians Council.
Proficiency in computer applications.
