Fast food workers, what meal will you never get after seeing how it’s made and why?

Wendy’s chili. I didn’t actually work at the restaurant but a close friend did who told me that his co-workers would use the “very close to expired” meat to make it. I don’t know sure if this was just a one off thing that this Wendy’s did but haven’t been able to eat it anywhere since hearing about it.
