I read a story where a man was found dead face down on the couch. They couldn’t figure out how he died. When they did a postmortem they found he was electrocuted. Upon further investigation they had found two orbital disc sanders in the couch cushions. He was using them as a sex device. Once he ejaculated the sperm caused it to short circuit and electrocute him.
