Elder millennials: how has your behavior changed from young adult life to now?

I now see big accomplishments as the culmination of many smaller actions, rather than something epic and unsustainable.

I also have a less absolutist view of perspective and communication. Everyone has their views and styles, so don’t try to change people, just be honest and clear. It’s less about being right or wrong
