Divorced redditors, do you regret ever getting married? Why or why not?

I got divorced after only being married for a year, and I do not regret it at all. The marriage was not a good fit for either of us, and we both knew it wasn’t going to work out. We decided to get divorced before things got too messy or complicated, and it was the best decision for both of us.
