Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities at this level will include:
Conduct surveys on land sites and properties;
Examine previous records and evidence to ensure data accuracy;
Research and Design methods for survey processes;
Use equipment and tools to accurately measure land features’;
Build maps, sketches and charts
Purchase and maintain equipment;
Report on survey results and present findings to clients;
Collaborate with engineers and architects on several projects; and
Any other relevant duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this Grade a candidate must have:
Be a Kenyan citizen;
Diploma in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Certificate in Computer Applications;
