Not long. I’m so blind even with glasses that I can’t legally drive. Without them, anything more than two inches away from my face is just a blur of colors. I’m also hypoglycemic and will faint if I don’t eat small meals frequently.
Probably wouldn’t be great to go without my mental health meds, either. Manic episodes that include auditory and visual hallucinations wouldn’t pair well with an apocalyptic world. I’d be a liability to both myself and anyone wandering the wasteland with me.
