Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Architect and Office Manager to join our team at MOI Construction. This role combines architectural expertise with office management responsibilities, including financial management, project coordination, customer service, and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be skilled in architectural drafting, possess strong organizational and leadership abilities, and have a knack for providing exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Architectural Drafting:
Develop detailed architectural plans and drawings for various projects, adhering to industry standards and client requirements.
Collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
Estimation and Financial Management:
Create accurate job estimates for projects, considering materials, labor, and other relevant costs.
Track project expenses and income, ensuring projects remain within budget.
Project Coordination:
Coordinate project schedules, deadlines, and resources to ensure timely completion.
Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during the construction phase.
Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Financial Administration:
Perform bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, tracking payments, and managing accounts receivable and payable.
Prepare financial reports and budgets to provide insights into the company’s financial performance.
Office Management:
Maintain organized project files, documents, and records for easy accessibility.
Oversee general office operations, including office supplies, and administrative tasks.
Social Media Management and Marketing:
Develop and execute social media strategies to promote the company’s services and projects.
Create compelling content, manage social media platforms, and engage with the online community.
Sales Oversight:
Contribute to sales efforts by participating in client meetings, presentations, and proposal development.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proven experience in architectural drafting, project management, and office administration.
Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp etc.).
Strong financial management and bookkeeping skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with social media management and marketing strategies.
Ability to lead and work collaboratively in a team environment.
Prior experience in overseeing sales activities is a plus.
