Job Description
Habiye Academy, located in a peaceful and welcoming compound at Gulelle around EnkulalFabrica , is an innovative and dynamic new Kindergarten school that is dedicated to creating a warm and nurturing learning environment for young children. Our curriculum is designed to inspire curiosity, creativity, and love for learning, guided by experience and caring instructors.

Responsibilities
Developing and implementing educational programs for Kindergarten students that align with the Habiye Academy’s vision and mission.
Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the efficient operation of the school .
Supervising and evaluating the performance of teachers, support staff and other employees of the school
Planning and organizing school special events, activities, and teacher mentoring
Communicating with parents or guardians of Kindergarten students, and promptly addressing any concerns or issues that they may have.
Managing the budget and resources of the Kindergarten department, and ensuring that these are utilized appropriately.
Collaborating with all in the school to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to learning for students.
Maintaining a safe and conducive learning environment for Kindergarten students and staff.
Maintaining records and reports related to the school and making sure these are available as required.
Education and Experience
B.Ed in Educational Planning and Management, B.A/B.Sc./M.Sc/M.A. in any field of study OR preferably Certificate or Diploma in KG Teaching
Minimum of 4 years of experience in teaching and/or managing a Kindergarten.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively engage with children, parents, and staff.
Strong leadership and management skills, with an ability to motivate and empower employees to achieve their goals.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with educational technology and tools used in Kindergarten and Early Childhood Education.
Experience with curriculum and program development.
