Brites Management Solar Technical Sales Excutive Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct solar market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new solar sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential solar clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on solar products and services
Create frequent reviews and reports with solar sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in solar exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team members to achieve better sales results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with sales teams
Perform any other duties as assigned
Key Requirements Skills, experience and qualification
Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
ERC T3 Solar PV Technician Certification is highly desirable.
Must have working knowledge on all applications of solar power (home systems, water pumping, water heating etc.).
Microsoft office proficiency, especially Excel
At least 3 years’ Experience as Solar Technical Sales Executives or sales Engineer.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Thorough understanding of solar marketing and negotiating techniques.
Must be registered with EPRA-Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority
