Supreme Executives Travel Consultant Jobs in Uganda

We are looking for an experienced Travel Consultant to join our client’s team. The Travel Consultant is required to handle client inquiries (B2B & B2C), build business relationships with new and existing partners, ensure all travel arrangements are made on time and according to booking requests, and handle other administrative tasks.

Excellent communication skills, team spirit, accuracy and attention to detail are key to this role.

This is an office-based position, but occasional short travel is required. The travel consultant reports to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

Communication

  • Client inquiries: Ensure timely replies to all partners (B2B) and clients (B2C) Maintain business relationships with partners
  • Administrative tasks: Maintain and update all client files and company systems (FIT & group tours)
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing Collaborate with other departments (Trip Administration, Finance) to ensure all travel arrangements are made
  • Problem Solving: Contact person for clients, tour guide, etc. in case of any problems before and during the tour 24/7 emergency line contact for clients on the road
  • Additional duties as assigned by supervisor

    Required Skills & Experience

    • Degree in Hospitality/Tourism or relevant field

    • A minimum of 3 years experience in the tourism industry

    • Previous experience as

    Travel Consultant and/or in Sales

    • Good knowledge of tourism products in Uganda

    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

    • Great collaboration skills, a real team player

    • Strong organizational and planning skills

    • Precise and timely work ethics, strong sense of responsibility

    • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office- (with emphasis on Outlook and Excel)
