Supreme Executives Strategic Human Resources Manager Jobs in Uganda
Job Details:
We are looking for a Strategic Human Resources Manager to ensure that the organization’s human resources are used in a way that supports the organization’s goals. Your function will be a bridge connecting current and future Human Resources and the goals of the company.
You will create policies and programs that align with the company’s business strategy and focus on how employees can achieve the company’s overall goals. You will work to understand the company’s business goals and then create programs and policies that support those goals.
Your main focus areas will be ;
• Performance management: Creating systems to track and improve employee performance.
• Training and development: Identifying employees’ development needs and providing training and resources to help them improve.
• Compensation and benefits: Designing compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain employees.
• Employee relations: Managing employee relations to create a positive work environment.
Requirements
• Proven working experience of atleast 8 years as HR Manager
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field
