Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge & Sales:

  • Stay updated on the latest products and beauty trends.
  • Confidently recommend and upsell products based on customer needs.
  • Maintain an organized display, ensuring all products are well-stocked and attractively presented.

    Customer Consultation:

  • Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations.
  • Carry out product demonstrations and makeup applications when required.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring repeat visits.

    Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet store targets.
  • Participate in store events and promotions.

    Feedback & Learning:

    Provide feedback on customer preferences, trending products, and potential stock needs.

    Attend training sessions and workshops to further enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

    Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the beauty industry.
  • Prior experience in a retail or beauty consulting role is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for the beauty industry and keeping up with the latest trends.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • A professional and polished appearance.
