General Responsibilities
• Responsible for the kitchen department stock ordering and receiving thereof.
• Coordinating.
• Conduct a daily stock take for the kitchen department.
• Conduct a daily morning food preparation for all sections in the kitchen.
• Assist kitchen manager with employee shift planning and implementation.
• Responsible for effective stock rotation
• Conduct daily stock freshness checks as to ensure that all stock used in the preparation of dishes is fresh and not expired
