Duty Station: Kolping Hotels Reports to: Hotel Manager
Age Limit: 25-35 years

Qualification and Person Specification
A Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hotel and Institutional Catering or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Three years working experience a reputable Institution.
Ability to Coach and motivate others.
Capacity to meet tight deadlines with efficiency.
Duties and Responsibilities
Head, direct and supervise the efficient operation of the different services of the F & B department.
Manage all F&B and day to day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat business
Co-ordinate the design of menus, pricing and continuously make necessary improvements for customer satisfaction
Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
Manage and account for the inventory, food and beverage service equipment
