Duty Station: Kolping Hotels
Reports to: General Manager
Age Limit: 22-35 years
Remuneration: Attractive and Competitive
Qualification and Person Specification
A Degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Leisure, Hotel and Institutional Catering or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Three years’ working experience in a reputable organization Well-developed managerial, interpersonal and public relations skills
Knowledge of business and management principles with skills in strategic planning
High moral character and proven integrity.
Ability to work with minimum supervision
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise staff and operations of the Hotel at all levels and set clear objectives.
Ensure implementation and compliance with the internal control system of the Hotel by all departments.
Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the set targets and objectives with an aim of achieving the utmost profitability of the Hotel.
Manage budgets, analyze and interpret financial information.
Develop and implement an intuitive and efficient marketing strategy to promote the Hotel’s services.
Collaborate with external stakeholders such as suppliers, travel agencies, event/ conference planners.
