CFAO Parts Sales Representative Jobs in Uganda
Job Description:
Job purpose
To achieve departmental revenue targets and customer satisfaction by effectively selling parts to existing and new customers through prospecting, making sales, reporting on progress and debtors.
Key responsibilities
Achieve sales targets through effectively selling parts.
Record service rate and lost sales data accurately.
Provide Customer service assistance in terms of technical advice and respond to enquiries by customers.
Prepare quotations requested by retail customers, fleet owners and workshop.
Demonstrate the functioning and operation of products.
Ensure timely debt collection from customers
Formal education
A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in a related business discipline or Automotive Engineering.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
Key competencies and skills
Knowledge of sales and marketing processes
Intermediate Computer usage
Commercial power
Good salesmanship – ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
