Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes sales and collection strategy to achieve agreed KPIs and sales &

    collection targets
  • Create a profitable loan portfolio
  • Leads the sales forecasting, planning, budgeting process and target setting for the Company
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for sales & collection process improvement and works to ensure all sales & collection objectives are assigned in a timely fashion
  • Recruit, manage and develop a team of efficient sales executives through ongoing performance management and measurement of agreed KPI metrics
  • Support and manage the training needs and design programs for the team along with the HR department

    Key requirements, skills and qualifications

  • MUST Have 3years Experience in sales
  • MUST Have Team Leadership Experience
  • Fast and Accurate
  • People Management Skills
  • Diploma in Business Management or Cooperative Management or any Business-related course.
