Duties and Responsibilities
Develops and executes sales and collection strategy to achieve agreed KPIs and sales &
collection targets
Create a profitable loan portfolio
Leads the sales forecasting, planning, budgeting process and target setting for the Company
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales & collection process improvement and works to ensure all sales & collection objectives are assigned in a timely fashion
Recruit, manage and develop a team of efficient sales executives through ongoing performance management and measurement of agreed KPI metrics
Support and manage the training needs and design programs for the team along with the HR department
Key requirements, skills and qualifications
MUST Have 3years Experience in sales
MUST Have Team Leadership Experience
Fast and Accurate
People Management Skills
Diploma in Business Management or Cooperative Management or any Business-related course.
