Responsibilities:
Set and achieve business objectives within the influencer ecosystem.
Recruit practicing CPAs and organizations to act as brand ambassadors for the company.
Focus on acquiring new CPAs, retaining existing ones, and generating referral sales through CPAs.
Establish and maintain healthy relationships with CPA organizations and apex bodies like ICPAK and KASNEB.
Oversee a team of Influencer Ecosystem Executives, providing mentorship and working closely with them on the ground.
Foster team growth, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure clarity about career paths.
Elevate market share in the business software industry, deeply embedding the product and brand across the zone.
Significantly boost the profitability of partners and deliver unparalleled customer delight.
Qualifications:
Must have at least 5 years of experience in managing direct and indirect sales in a similar industry.
Proven experience in managing and nurturing teams.
Must have good command over Swahili and English.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
Discipline and Execution: Strong discipline in execution and strategic planning.
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in, Business, Communications, accounts and finance, or a related field.
