Job Description

Responsibilities:
• Maintain regular communication and good relationship with vendors.
• Conduct thorough market analysis of services and solutions pertaining to the team.
• Conduct thorough analysis of previously submitted tender responses to analyze the success rate of products.
• Based on the recommend and suggest products to elevate and increase the overall success rate.
• Onboard new vendors based on the conducted research and increase in partnership levels with select strategic vendors.
• Follow up, track, report, and ensure that MDFs (Marketing Development Funds) and Rebates are credited.
• Engage in different activities that will increase the market prevalence and increase brand awareness in unison with other marketing teams.
• Conducting customer site survey.
• Participate in designing and optimizing solutions based on customer requirements.
• Participate in preparing system specification and solution architecture based on customer requests.
• Configure and customize technology solutions as per the approved implementation and project plans to meet customer requirements with the help of senior staff.
• Developing knowledge on products/services specifically on Systems and Software from vendors such as, DELL EMC, Microsoft, Lenovo,
HPE, NetAPP, Nutanix, IBM, VMware, Veeam, RedHat, Citrix, Commvault and Huawei.
• Complete required training and development objective with the assigned time frame.
• Prepare products and solutions roadmap in alignment with the goals and strategies of the organization.
• Ability to organize business and organizational events.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
• Vendor and product management experience including onboarding, maintaining and termination
• Customer and partnership management role experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for innovation and staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to easily adapt and fit-in to the organizational culture.
• Skill to use product management tools such as BRM and CRM along with the ability to build productive business-professional relationships.
