We’re in search of a talented and multifaceted Product Designer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will play an instrumental part in shaping our brand’s identity and creating user experiences that are both enjoyable and engaging.
Responsibilities:
Drive the design process, creating innovative solutions for UX design, branding, and social media campaigns.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to comprehend project requirements and produce design assets in alignment with business objectives.
Create and uphold brand guidelines to ensure a consistent aesthetic across all marketing channels.
Assist the product team in conducting QA tests on a needs-basis
Craft visually striking and effective ad creatives for both digital and traditional platforms.
Develop engaging social media content and manage social campaigns to maximize reach and user interaction.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, industry standards, and emerging technologies to continually improve our design processes.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing or a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in a product design role, with demonstrated proficiency in UX design, branding, and social media campaigns.
Expertise in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
A proven history of leading design projects from concept to completion successfully.
Prior experience in an ad agency and managing social media campaigns will be considered a significant advantage.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for usability.
The ability to offer constructive feedback to team members and guide junior designers.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken, to articulate design ideas and strategies effectively.
