Stewarding Team Leader
The Stewarding department supports our kitchen and food and beverage team in ensuring all equipment and food areas and clean, hygienic and safe. As the Stewarding Team Leader you will be required to ensure the standards for hygiene in all food venues and kitchens.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
