Steward
Based within Stewarding, you will work with the Culinary and Food & Beverage Operational team to ensure the Kitchen and F&B areas are operating to the highest of H&S standards. You will be responsible for Steward duties, including pot wash, dish wash and general cleaning duties, according to the standards established in the Department Operations Manual.
Qualifications
Ideally with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 2 years work experience hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
