Collaborate with management to achieve business objectives
Requirements
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related discipline
Those with milling certificates have an added advantage
5-10 years’ experience in food processing in a manufacturing/production setting
Deep understanding of the production process and familiarity with the equipment and machinery used in a flour mill
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate team members
Strong problem-solving abilities
Mechanical aptitude and computer skills
