Job Details

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth, develop a network of contacts to attract new clients
  • Research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue in line with projected income
  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
  • Developing growth strategies & plans focused both on financial growth and customer satisfaction
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings which increases client base
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition and be able to advise others about them
  • Lead a team of Sales Executives
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world
  • Develop opportunities in target markets
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Arranging business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Send through reports on information about Sales, projections, market opportunities etc.
  • Attending Conferences, meetings and Industry events
  • Provide after sales support

    Education or Work Experience Requirements:

  • BSc/BA in business and administration,
  • BA in Automotive and power Engineering
  • Having an Engineering Background would be an added advantage
  • Experience in Sales, Marketing or related field
  • Proven Sales track record
  • Familiarity with the Industry including equipment, logistics and supply chain management
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
