Brites Management Repossesion Team Lead Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities
Places outgoing calls and takes incoming calls.
Training and daily work coordination for assigned team members.
Training of Repossession Specialists on how to improve their repossessions by providing tips and techniques for increasing recovery rates.
Assist and perform all daily skip trace activities to locate individuals for payment of debt and recovery of collateral.
Maintain and establish new repossession and transport vendor relationships.
Ensure all accounts that have been assigned to their team are being properly worked based on department policy and procedures.
Completes required applicable paperwork including sending all required regulation letters.
Key Requirements Skills, Experience and Qualification
Diploma in social science or equivalent
Minimum of 3 year of collections or repossession experience.
Excellent customer service skills.
Excellent phone and negotiation skills
