Atty Villanueva graduated from the UP College of Law in 2002 and has over 20 years of work experience.
He is the Under Secretary for Operations of the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). Before his appointment to the DILG, he served as Quezon City’s Assistant City Administrator for General Affairs. Prior to his government service, he spent 16 years in private law practice, where he assisted multinational firms in major investment projects.
