Anybody know how to SWAT someone?

Walk up to a public telephone with your hood up, call the police pretending to be that person, say what you gotta say, get out of there quick.

I wouldn’t recommend doing it unless you’ve gotta though. You can do time in prison for that shit if you’re caught.
