Atheist parents of reddit, how do you deal with matters religion when it comes to your kids?

My ex is Christian, I am not. Even when we were married it wasn’t an issue. I never say a belief is right or wrong. But if I’m asked a question on a religious subject I give it. I’d kind of leave my responses open ended sometimes so they could think about it themselves.

To be honest I don’t care of they became a priest, vicar, imam, rabbi etc

As long as they are happy, healthy and safe then that’s as content as I need to be
