Data Entry Excellence
Accurately enter monthly cluster leader reports meticulously, ensuing high data quality standards;
Conduct data validation checks to minimize errors and discrepancies;
Collaboration and Support
Collaborate seamlessly with existing Field Facilitators, supplementing their efforts to achieve a comprehensive data entry process
Provide additional support to Field Facilitators aiding in the entry of data
Quality Assurance Measures
Implement stringent quality assurance measures to guarantee the accuracy and completeness of data entered
Identify and rectify any discrepancies promptly
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Timely Delivery of Commitment
Commit to completing the data entry for the specified forms within the allocated timeframe
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma in ICT, Statistics, Monitoring and Evaluation or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management or related fields is a plus.
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with database management systems and data entry software.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
