Job Summary
The Deputy Head-Teacher at Ngong Road Campus supervises teaching staff, maintains discipline, and oversees various aspects of school operations to enhance teaching and learning, ensuring a high standard of education.
Key Qualifications & Experience Required
A Minimum of a Bachelor of Education degree (Early Childhood Education) from a recognized University
Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission
Minimum 7 years of teaching experience and continuous teaching experience in the field, minimum 3 years experience as a Deputy Principal/Head of Department/Senior
Teacher or in a school leadership role. Strong understanding of the CBC Curriculum.
