Brites Management Technical Sales Manager Jobs in Kenya
Job Summary
The Technical Sales Manager shall manage customer interface within East Africa, product line, or market segment through the development and strengthening of personal relationships with customers, potential customers and sales team to achieve established sales goals and to ensure profitable and sustainable business growth, in accordance with the company’s objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities
Execute sales plans for assigned territory, market segment including recommended accounts, product sales volumes, pricing, visit planning, account potential analysis, and sales budgeting.
Provide, through written reports, an ongoing position at each account or potential account in the sales territory and actions planned.
Conduct and coordinate suitable market analysis to support the objectives of the company and principal.
Ensure effective communication and prepare reports on new business projects / opportunities of assigned market segment on regular and ad-hoc basis.
Identify and develop new market through new applications in line with corporate Marketing strategy.
Manage all aspects of account interface including complaint management.
Provide information such that company may provide new products and information for the future.
Provide market information as required.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including key account customers.
Visit customers and potential customers regularly, to develop strong relationships.
Conduct and concluding negotiations with customers as directed.
Provide for technical customer assistance as required.
Work with others in the local sales team and consult superior for important critical decisions.
Key Requirement Skills and Qualification
Degree/ Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Chemistry
5 years of experience in technical sales specifically with chemicals or industrial chemicals
Specialty chemicals sales experience; HPMC, RDP, Epoxy resins & curing agents, PU resins, contact adhesive raw materials, paints & coatings.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Ability to conduct market analysis and develop effective sales strategies.
Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge relevant to the industry.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe
Handle guest complaints with professionalism and patience, resolving issues to the guest’s satisfaction.

Diploma or certificate in food and beverage.
Two years of experience in a busy restaurant.

Brites Management Housekeeping/laundry & Ironing Executives Jobs in Kenya
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as bed making, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, laundry and ironing.
Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards and set with amenities.
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies.
Notify manager on any damages, deficits and disturbances.
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests from manager with professionalism and patience
Check stocking levels of all consumables and inform manager when appropriate.
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any property related-practices.
Key Requirement Skills and Qualification
Over 3 years’ experience in Housekeeping is desired
Ability to work with little supervision & maintain a high level of performance and efficiency
Customer oriented and friendly
Prioritization & time management skills (punctual)
Honest & Hardworking
Terms & Conditions
60 working hours per week/shift
Food Allowance SCR 1,450
Work Permit will be provided for a period of 2 years
Accommodation provided with water, electricity and cooking gas
Economy class return ticket will be paid for
